LIGHT, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, STRONG, WIND RESISTANT AND EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT
Light weight is the weight of the asphalt 1/6, is the 1/10 of the cement tile, is the 1/8 of the clay tile, the weight is 4.8–5kg per square meter. The exact overlap makes the roof more robust, has strong resistance to wind, anti-hurricane and seismic performance.
WATERPROOF, ANTI HIGH, LOW TEMPERATURE, ANTI FIRE
In the 24hr of the water soaking, no cracking, do not fade, high temperature resistance performance: 90 DEG C boiled water, 24 hours of testing, no cracks , blistering and peeling; resistance low temperature performance: 40 DEG C, 24 hours, no cracks, blistering and peeling, in case of fire, burning stone tile cannot, with strong fire resistance.
ACID RESISTANCE, ALKALI RESISTANCE, SALT RESISTANCE, HAIR RESISTANCE
The product has no cracks, no bubble, no peeling off after 48 hours of acid, salt and alkali resistant liquid, in the height of 500mm, the impact strength of 1000G, the product has a good anti – impact resistance to the surface of the product.
DURABILITY
High quality aluminum substrate and natural basalt ore burned sand protection layer has good corrosion resistance, the service life of the stone coated metal roofing can be up to 60 years.
ECONOMY
Coverage of one piece is eight times of traditional concrete or clay tiles and weight is only one eight, installation, loading and unloading, storage and more efficient and effective. Once installed the following maintenance are so limited and can be totally ignored.
RECYCLABILITY
Metal roof tiles are zinc-aluminum based and have high recyclable content 90% and above of the tiles are recyclable at the end of a long economic life.
